One thing’s for sure, our Chefs Table is something very special in Serfaus. In a separate room with a direct view of the pass and our kitchen, guests can enjoy a multi-course surprise menu. Lovingly prepared specialities as well as the right drinks are our cornerstone for a culinary experience in a unique atmosphere.
The view into our kitchen suggests it will be special! Chef Lukas Neier and his team create a special kind of enjoyment experience from the highest quality of seasonal ingredients of the region. The result is an interplay of local rarities and a touch of Mediterranean cuisine!
You can expect: Trout from our own breeding in Serfaus, smoked meat from the Hausselch, freshly baked bread from our stone oven, quail and goat products from the “Stoagraue Hof” Serfaus, venison from the local hunter and specialities from Tyrolean producers.

Everything that tastes is allowed, try yourself through the wide range! You are also welcome to intensify your culinary journey with our corresponding drinks. We don’t want to reveal too much, but special things like our non-alcoholic Chefs Table Aperitif, the homemade “Dr. Köhle. Beer”, exquisite wine, Zillertal beer speciality in a large bottle, own liqueurs, grappas stored in wood or Oberländer Brände,. . . harmonize finely tuned to the respective gear. The beverage accompaniment consisting of 5 drinks is the flavour multiplier to the Chefs Table Menu.
